This Privacy Policy explains how Quick Flow Septic ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects the information you provide through this website.
Information we collect
When you submit our estimate or contact form, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, and project details. When you subscribe to text updates on our SMS signup page, we collect the information described in the text messaging sections below.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, provide estimates, and communicate with you about your potential septic installation project. We do not sell your personal information.
How we contact you
When you submit a form, we may contact you by phone or email about your request, and by text message only where that form asked for your permission to text you about that specific request. Submitting a form does not enroll you in our recurring SMS program: enrollment in that program happens only on our SMS signup page, where you check a separate consent box. Message and data rates may apply, and you can stop any text message by replying STOP.
Text messaging: information we collect
When you subscribe on our SMS signup page, we collect your mobile number, your name if you provide it, your consent choice, the exact consent language you agreed to and its version, the date and time our server recorded your consent, the page you subscribed from, your language preference, and the technical details of the request (IP address and browser type). We keep your browser's own timestamp separately from our server's record.
How we use text messaging information
We use your mobile number and consent record only to send the text messages you asked for — updates about your septic installation inquiry, requested estimates, appointments, and project updates — and to honor your opt-out. We do not use them for promotional messages or for messages from or about other companies.
Consent records, retention, and security
We keep a record of each signup made on our SMS signup page (the number, the consent text you saw and the approved text for that version, our server's timestamp, the source page, and the request details) and of each opt-out for as long as we operate the messaging program and as the law requires, so we can demonstrate your consent to wireless carriers and honor your choices. These records are kept in access-controlled systems available only to the staff and service providers who need them to run the program.
No sale or sharing of mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, your SMS consent, or any text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers described below.
Service providers
We disclose your mobile number and consent record only to the service providers necessary to operate the messaging program — the messaging platform and wireless carriers that deliver our texts, and the systems that store our records — and only for that purpose. They may not use your information for anything else.

SMS Terms
These terms govern text messages sent by Quick Flow Septic Inc. ("Quick Flow Septic", "we") under our SMS program. By subscribing on our SMS signup page, you agree to them.
Program description
The Quick Flow Septic SMS program sends messages about your septic installation inquiry, requested estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, and project updates from site evaluation through permit and installation. It does not send promotions or messages from or on behalf of any other company.
Enrollment is voluntary
You enroll only by subscribing on our SMS signup page and checking the consent box there. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of requesting an estimate; you can request service or an estimate without subscribing.
Canceling
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. We'll send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you subscribe again.
Message frequency and rates
