What are you installing a septic system for?

We specialize in new installs for homes on rural land.

New construction, *manufactured & mobile homes*

Who We Install For

New construction, manufactured & mobile homes

On the rural land we serve, most homes need their own septic system — and manufactured and mobile homes are what we set up most. Whether it's a new build, a single-wide, or a double-wide, we size and install the right system for your home and your lot.

What We Install

What We Do

Everything your new system needs

A septic system is more than a tank in the ground. It has to be matched to your soil, sized for your household, permitted by the county, and installed to code. We handle all of it as a single, accountable team.

Site Evaluation & Perc Testing

We evaluate your soil and run the percolation test that determines how well your ground absorbs water — the foundation of a system that works.

System Design & Sizing

We size the tank and drainfield to your home's bedroom count and your soil's absorption rate, then engineer a layout that fits your lot.

Permitting & County Approval

We prepare and submit your on-site sewage facility (OSF) permit application and coordinate approvals with your county health department.

Excavation & Site Prep

We prepare the site and excavate for the tank and drainfield with the right grade and setbacks — protecting your wells, structures, and property lines.

Tank Installation

We set the septic tank, connect the inlet and outlet plumbing at the correct grade, and install the effluent filter and risers for easy future access.

Drainfield Installation

We install the drainfield (leach field) that disperses treated effluent safely into the soil, sized to your percolation results and available area.

Systems we install

Every property is different. After your soil evaluation, we'll recommend the right system type for your land and budget.

Conventional gravity systems

The classic tank-and-gravity-drainfield system, ideal where soil percolates well and there's room for a standard field.

Aerobic treatment systems (ATU)

Systems that aerate and treat effluent before dispersal — often required on smaller lots or tighter soils, with spray or drip distribution.

Advanced Aerobic Treatment System

The advanced system we install

Advanced Aerobic Treatment System

When a site needs advanced treatment, we install a modern aerobic system that reduces household wastewater to a clear, odorless effluent in about 24 hours — eliminating the problems of a conventional septic tank. It's tested to NSF Standard 40, runs on a single quiet aerator for low operating cost, and comes in 500, 600, 800, 1,000, and 1,500 GPD models to match your home.

New installations only

We focus exclusively on installing new septic systems — that's how we keep our quality high. We do not provide pumping, repairs, or ongoing maintenance. If you need those services, we're happy to point you toward a local provider.

What is a percolation (perc) test?

What is a percolation (perc) test?

A perc test measures how quickly water drains through your soil. It's the single most important factor in sizing your drainfield and choosing your system type. We run the test, document the results, and design around them — so your system is approved and built to perform.

We handle the permits

We handle the permits

On-site septic systems are regulated at the county level through On-Site Sewage Facility (OSF) permitting. We prepare the application, submit the soil and design documentation, and work with your local health department through approval and final inspection — so you don't have to navigate it alone.

Specialists in new septic installation

We started with a simple idea: do one thing and do it exceptionally well. For us, that's installing new septic systems for homes and new construction — and nothing else.

By focusing only on new installations, we've gotten very good at the parts that trip up other contractors: reading soil, sizing systems correctly, and getting permits approved without back-and-forth. The result is a smoother experience for you and a system that's built to last.

We're licensed, bonded, and local. When you call, you're talking to people who'll actually be on your job — and who stand behind the work.
